Chermsides growth into a northside mini-city continues, with four new developments from Ferro Arch Architects.
The five-storey, mixed use development Galleria is scheduled for completion late this year.
A nine-storey, multi-residential development behind Galleria, facing Thomas Street, is also scheduled to be finished
later this year.
