Status: Development Application

Located on the corner of a major intersection, in the heart of retail activity, the site presents itself with many challenges. Views towards the site, exposure to western elements, and surrounding developments defined the architectural proposal.

The building promotes strong visual interest from each viewpoint towards the site through the combination of strong architectural definitions and articulation, whilst also responding to the climatic exposure. Visual permeability promotes safe movement within, around, and through the site balanced with an expressive, dynamic built form.
