This dynamic four level commercial project located in Fortitude Valley, has been designed to maximise the qualities of the slender and intricate site. The design provides uninterrupted open plan office spaces, maximises natural light, and addresses the surrounding developments. The exterior building fabric compliments the young and contemporary atmosphere of the adjacent James Street Markets precinct, whilst also creating a feature response to the corner street frontage of the site.
