Status: Development Application

The proposed external renovations of the ground level shopfront and awning integrates the use of light weight structural cantilevering elements. Combined with overhead voids, a visual connection is created to the existing building whilst also permitting the penetration of natural light to the space under. The combination of contemporary features and materials enhance the existing arcade style pedestrian transition from the street to the building entry. This ground level renovation also provides a continuation and extension of the adjoining ICON PLACE commercial development.
