This multi-residential development brings together a mix of 57 residential apartments in a 10 storey contemporary building, and 6 individual 2 storey exclusive villas with a feature central recreation area. The design emphasises and maximises a sub-tropical, open atmosphere in both interior and exterior areas, complimenting the south-east Queensland coastal climates. The design optimises and integrates technologies and building systems to provide a product aimed at the luxury end of the residential market.
