Inspired by the linear aesthetic of American Architect Frank Lloyd Wright's Prairie Style architecture, this residential apartment building is located on the southern banks of the Brisbane River overlooking the city, Kangaroo Point cliffs and Southbank.

Viewed best from the southern approach to the Captain Cook bridge, the pleasant aesthetic of this building was created largely through the application and precise collaboration of contrasting, yet complimentary materials, colours and finishes.

While the floor plans illustrate generously sized, meticulously designed two unit per floor apartments, they also reflect an attempt to remain consistent with the underlying disciplined theme of the development, consequently facilitating the 'Prairie Style' form.
