Due to setbacks and restrictions set by the local government, the floor plates of the top four levels progressively reduce resulting in the building taking on a stepped spire-like form. However, the highest four levels enjoy added privacy with only two units accessed off each floor. Additionally the top two floors incorporate two double storey penthouse units. Roof forms, the contrast between the transparency of glass and the density of solid, and the schematic articulation of the elevations create the kinetic rhythm of the proposed built form.
