Located on one of Redcliffe's most prominent cliffs
and with 360 degree views of Moreton Bay, Cliffside Apartments will be, when completed, the biggest residential apartment building on the Redcliffe Peninsula.

Apart from the spectacular views and usual amenities, the site also incorporates a convenient retail complex that offers dining, shopping and body shop. All of this adds to the vibrancy of the development.

The challenge of designing such a large building has been to do it in such a way to visually reduce the bulk. We have achieved this by expressing the vertical and horizontal elements of the building such as balconies, lower level roofs, balustrading and articulation into a form that strengthens the building's presence without making it an overstatement.
