Status: Under Construction

This multi storey office tower, situated in the Brisbane CBD, has been designed to the PCA "A Grade" standards and ABGR Green Star Ratings. These "boutique" office tenancies are aimed at tenants at the higher end of the commercial market. City and distant views are exploited on all levels using expansive areas of exterior glazing. This aspect of the building introduces an excellent level of natural light to each floor.
